  • How do I contact you or speak to a customer representative?
    If you feel the need to communicate with us directly for more enquiries, you can reach us via any of the platforms provided on the Contact us page.
  • How do I receive the Newsletters?
    By receiving our newletters, you will be the first to hear about our latest news, offers & sales. To join, simply enter your email in the box at the bottom of our homepage here. If you have placed an order with us, your email will automatically sign up to our newsletter. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of one of our emails.
  • What if the product I want is soldout?
    In the case of your desired product being soldout, you can reach us via mail (bimbleezapparel@gmail.com) for more information on restock possibilities/date.
  • What is your shipping policy?

  • How long will my order take to get to me?
    Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times/seasons. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. In peak seasons (thanksgiving through end of january or other seasonal sales), please alllow 3 to 5 business days for your orders to be processed. Your order will get to you within 5 to 7 working days post-shipping.
  • Can I return my order after delivery?
    Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   • Where do you ship from?
    Most of our store products are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
  • Size guide; what size should I order?
    For clarity on the size that will suit you, see image attached.
  • Where do you get your items from?
    Majority of our store items are produced in Turkey. However, our third-party items production locations may differ.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do
  • How do I track my order?
    Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
